The City of Paso Robles has recently been contacted by "Teletron - A World Leader in Telecommunications Cost Management" regarding analyzing our telecommunication expenses. They say they will provide us with a written report of errors or overcharges and ensure we are paying competitive rates for our telecommunication services. If you have contracted with a company to analyze/review and assess your telecommunication expenses I would like to know: 1. Name of company (including contact name/address and phone number) 2. If process is complete or substantially complete, have they identified savings to justify the effort and expense to do the study? 3. What kind of effort was required by you to provide information to enable them to do the study? 4. Were you happy with the company you chose? If not, why not?
