Thank you for all the great responses. I'd like to especially thank the Cities of Vista, San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles and Tracy. Those four cities provided me copies of RFP's for various cost and fee studies. Our Finance Director, Jack Dilles, with these samples in hand, has prepared (and sent) one for a comprehensive study that includes fees (AB1600, water, sewer, misc) and cost allocation(should be fun!). There were many of you interested in the outcome of this. If you would like a copy of Jack's RFP just let me know. He gave me a hard copy, so by mail would probably be best.
