Hi, Everyone: I have this sneaking suspicion that an email we sent out October 2nd did not arrive, based on some of the comments I've been receiving lately, so here goes again: April Fool's, 2000 is my targeted retirement date (and that's no fooling!). I have promised the City Manager I will do everything possible to secure for him and the City, the best Finance Director available. He says I can't go until we find a suitable replacement, so come on, folks, please consider this position and apply. Brisbane is an exciting place to work and I can honestly say, there's never been a dull moment. We have so many exciting projects on the horizon and a great staff to work with.
