For those cities who contract for IT systems administration services, I would like to know the name of your city, the name of your contractor, the year your contract took effect, and the basis for any annual fee adjustment (CPI, CPI plus, other index). Lakewood negotiated our contract with Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) in 1981 and we use the CPI for annual fee adjustments.
