1) ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR 

Evaluate, administer and enter transfers into the SAP general ledger system.  Includes 
transfers for all warranty invoices, processing of vendor credit memos and the 
disposition of variances.  Calculate & establish expected receipt of credit memos in 
SAP.  Monthly reconciliation and clearing of the warranty pending account. 

Minimum of a high school diploma.  Needs to have 2-4 years experience in general 
accounting and/or credit and returns environment.  Strong pc skills needed; SAP 
experience a plus.  Must be detailed oriented and able to work independently. 

2) RETURNS COORDINATOR 

Evaluate, clarify, rectify and disposition returned parts.  Prepare all necessary 
documentation in order to process the part.  Utilize the SAP system to determine the 
appropriate disposition and credit amount of each returned part. 

High school diploma, 2-4 years business or related experience.  Must have strong pc 
skills, especially Excel and Access.  SAP experience a plus.  Needs to be detail 
oriented and able to work independently.

3) BUYER/PLANNER 

Responsible for planning, ordering and the control of medical spare parts inventory, 
including stocking levels, distribution planning and achieving customer service & 
inventory budget targets.  Place orders with approved vendors, monitor order status 
and resolve part/price/quantity discrepancies.  Identify deviations from plans, 
performing analysis to identify root causes and taking corrective action. 

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics or Finance/Accounting.  APICS 
certification a plus.  High degree of pc literacy (especially Access & Excel) needed, 
along with a high level of analytical and problem solving skills.  SAP experience a 
plus.  Excellent communication skills necessary.


4) LOGISTICS  ADMINISTRATOR 

Interface with Tech Support, Parts Clarification & Modifications Group regarding parts 
needed to support service.  Responsible for creating rush orders & replenishment 
orders, maintaining SAP with up to date information regarding vendor acknowledgements 
and delivery dates.  Expedite room down orders through escalation process, including 
interfacing with modality specific counterparts.  Resolve vendor invoice/good receipt 
discrepancies and interact with the Accounting department. 

Associate’s degree preferred, with 2-3 years experience in Purchasing/Inventory 
Control related department.  Strong pc skills required, especially with Excel.  SAP 
experience a plus.  Must be proactive, well organized and able to work in a fast 
paced, high volume environment.  Excellent communication skills needed.

 
5) MATERIALS CONTROLLER 

Responsible for ensuring that all spare parts master data is correctly entered and 
maintained. 

High school diploma, with 2 years business experience.  Strong pc skills; SAP 
experience a plus.  Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
