> knowledge of relational database principles and technologies preferred.
>   Demonstrated understanding of the application development life cycle including 
> business requirements, technical specifications, acceptance and regression testing, 
> implementation and maintenance of applications and systems.
>   Experience working collaboratively with business owners, subject matter experts, 
> and development teams during the requirements, design, coding, testing and 
> implementation phases.
>   Must possess strong business process background and have previous experience in
