Prior experience with SQL Server and Microsoft Access and > knowledge of relational database principles and technologies preferred. > Demonstrated understanding of the application development life cycle including > business requirements, technical specifications, acceptance and regression testing, > implementation and maintenance of applications and systems. > Experience working collaboratively with business owners, subject matter experts, > and development teams during the requirements, design, coding, testing and > implementation phases. > Must possess strong business process background and have previous experience in > the analysis and definition of business and technical requirements. > Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects, demonstrate initiative and > work independently. Prior project management experience is required. > Must work and lead effectively in interdisciplinary teams and be able to interact > with a variety of staff members throughout the organization. > Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication > and interpersonal skills required.
