Dear Fauzia, I can clearly understand your frustration, and the reason why you resigned. I am going through the same frustration. It was like pulling teeth just to get the balance sheet from the acting treasurer. To this day, I don't have access to the bank account, and have no way of verifying that the fund exists. Maryyam Suboohi, and Assiyah Wasti (treasurer) have their name on the bank account. The treasure has been writing checks and reimbursing people, mostly Maryam aunti without my knowledge and consent.
Till this day, I have not recieved any papers from Maryam aunti either. I hear a defensive attitude, and anger from Assiyah when I asked her to meet me at the bank where the organization account exist. I am sorry that after doing all the great work, you'd resigned. I can ensure you that they won't succeed in taking me for a run. All I can say is there are too many Indians and not enough chiefs. I hope to talk to you soon! Salam dear Itifat, Per my conversation with you and Mujjahid Bhai today I would like for you to know that when I was elected President and sworn in,after the cermony I was given 2 keys one for the PAA post box, the other to the storage and a card of the A-1 storage which had no purpose whatsoever. Both of these items were given to Assiyya when I resigned. You and Mujahid Bhai mentioned a green bag this is the first I have heard of such a thing however I knew there were some documents with Maryyam but after repeated efforts of trying to get those from her I finally gave up and resigned.
