Dear Members, This is a reminder that the General Body Meeting for the PAA will be held this December 12th at 7pm-10pm, and this will include the elections for the 1994 Executive Committee (EC).
If you are interested in serving on the EC or would like to nominate someone, please send me your name and I will add it to the ballot.Nominations can be sent to Mr. Sarfraz Qazi, 919-413-2001 at any time between now and the elections.Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the meeting. The following positions will be vacated by the current 2003 EC, to be filled by the new 2004 EC: 1) President 2) Vice President 3) General Secretary 4) Treasurer 5) Social Coordinator Eligibility requirements are that the nominee should be willing to serve,and that he or she should have been a fully paid up member of the PAA for the past 12 months (January-December 2003). We would like to receive nominations for all of these positions,particularly the Treasurer position. **********************************************************
