I really like that idea.
Imagine you would like to implement video conferencing or something in that 
direction. Wouldn't you search for a tag 'video'?
And then a list pops up with the relevant XEPs you need? The same goes with 
'MUC'. Wouldn't one search for 'group chat' first?
I agree that developers which are not familiar with XMPP yet will not 
use our specific tags like jingle- They may not find what they are 
looking for.
