the STV method looks very good. I like how they calculate the quota
based on the number of available seats.
But I also don't remember how we came up with 50% quota when the bylaws
were written.
When we wrote the bylaws in 2001, these fancy voting methods didn't
exist, or at least were not well known. :-)
