This is definitely clearer, better written, and more refined. But it still needs Board to appoint a Conduct team. My concerns with XEP-0458 isn't what precise words it uses where and when, it's that there's still no Conduct team. Without that, it's easy to suggest we don't take it seriously. Dave.
