Ash,
This is an easy electrical question for a change. The "park" and
the "low" speed circuit in most wipers (510 included) is the same
circuit. It is wired that way in the wiper motor, so if you want
to modify the operation of the park circuit from standard you will
need to do a bit of fairly tricky re-wiring, possible but is it
worth it? I think just moving the switch and extending all the
current wires may be the easiest solution and you will have low
speed as well, you don't have to use it though.
