Yer, you were right � the Bluebird block is different to the 200B block. The Bluebird block has the number �L20B A� on it the 200B has the number �L20B� on it. The difference is that the L20B block has an oil filter that just goes straight onto the block, the L20B A block has an alloy casting which allows the oil filter to mount vertically � at right angles to the block. Also the L20B block has an dipstick hole at the back of the block � prolly what your after. I was also hunting around in the shed last night and found yet another block variant � an L20B A block with the mounting for the alloy casting but it didn�t have the holes drilled in it.
