ive only got 3rd party property cover on my Z18et 1600, its thru Vigil
insurance and is ~$450
they're based in Abbotsford, Victoria- but have brokers in most states i
think
these guys had no quarms about any sorts of modifications so you should be
right.
from my experience the premium will depend mostly on your age, location,
and previous insurance history
