Luke,
If your "high energy thing" is CDI (capacitive discharge ignition) unit,
yes that is what is required. If not you can get CDI's from a number of
80's on cars and adapt them. Any good auto elec should be able to set them
up. If you cant find an auto elec that is trustworthy and has the right
price, then go to some one like "Performance Ignition" in Mitcham and they
will be able to recommend what to do and modify your dissy etc.

Errol, you mentioned a really good ignition system as needed for power from
the FJ. What sort of system is needed? ie. series 3 bluebird? I also have a
universal high energy thing (don't know what it is really called), can this
be used?
Luke
