Thanks Errol
It is a gear drive setup, came out of a Corvette super sedan from speedway.
The gears are quite large and should survive rallying as well as the usual
shortened and heat treated steering arms do.
I have shopped around numerous places to get sector shafts made up for the
steering box, and could not find anyone willing to do it. And as you say
$$$ would be prohibitive.
Do you know of a good donor for power steering box and pump?
Thanks AGAIN for your advice
