Rust in the spare wheel well only is an easy repair.  Grab it if the rest is
really rust free, but first check that the cause of the rust in the well is
not due to leaks caused by a poor rear end crash repair.

If you need a replacement wheel well, try getting drilling out one from a
Mazda Capella.  They are pretty close to the right shape and size and Mazdas
tend to have less rust.  Dont pay a lot you can usually get a whole car for
$50- $100.
