Does anyone on the list have Specifications on toyota super chargers.
I have a crazy project in my mind that I would like to work out on paper.
AFAIK there are two sizes one for the 1.6 4AGZE and a bigger one for the 2L
six.
I want to know for each S/C:
The amount of air they displace for each rotation. I think the 2L version
displaces 2L but not sure on the 1.6 one.
HP that is required to run them. I realise that roots type blowers are not
very efficient.
Effective RPM the Blower can go to.
I have also heard that the teflon coating on the S/C lobes is compromised at
above 12psi. So is that the upper limit on boost?
I'm sure I have some info at home somewhere on these. Maybe in an old car
mag or something.
