Wayne  first you need to be a member of a club. Then you need to obtain a level 2 license, which is easy, you ask for one when you join the club, pay your money and you have one. Next you need to have bonnet straps on your car, also a fire extinguisher and a oil catch tank for your engine. A good helmet FIA standards. Then you can practice till your hearts content or you run out of fuel, which ever comes first. Peter P.S.  If I've forgotten anything I'm sure others will pick me up on them.
