hi there everyone,
ive been on the list now for about a month, and am amazed that there are
this many people who love their dattys. Ive got a 79ish 200B station wagon
thats been in the family since new, and needs a lot of work, and was
wondering what people have as suggestions of easy things i can do to make it
a bit spiffier. I am not up for any serious engine work, as i dont have the
money, time or the skills, but any advice on simple 'tweaks' would be
appreciated.
It's all stock as far as i can tell, and the engines never been thrashed. I
was wanting to put a 5 speed in it, anyone know what would fit? Ive heard a
240K (i think thats wat it was) fits perfectly?
Ive also got a service manual for it, so if anyones looking for specs or
pics of anything, i'd be glad to help.
Anyway, its good to see so many happy datty owners, and i hope to learn lots
from all your experience.
