okay well got the L20 tuned coz it had run as sum previous emails stated 
well surprise surprise local mechanic im friends with enlightened me as to 
the culprit at the moment its LRP of lead replacement petrol shell at least 
have been finding that the carbon deposits are becoming quite a problem so a 
higher range in the spark plugs are needed to be used or sumthing like that 
also the run in wasnt being helped by the fact that when i took the carby 
off the inlet manifold i gave it to me brother to put on and of course he 
left sum of bolts just tightened (read loose) it was given away by a kwik 
drive which resulted in a very high pitched whistle much to my ears non 
amusement so there ya go all done finished and running sweet again but i did 
find an interesting place while i was scratching my head looking for 
solutions high pressure oil flushes for a modest fee the clean shit out of 
ur engine that u didnt think was there is said to make a drastic difference 
anyone had one ? and terry how much should i look at paying to get me dizzy 
recurved its a s2 bluebird on a L18 and i think ive got the symptoms u state 
with a bit of pushing it will go 6000 rpm but its as ive the spark has 
dropped off long before thanks all who read this im just long winded :)
