Guys once on hoist and g/box/flywheel off it takes 5 minutes to pry old seal out
and tap new one in I did my daughters R30 L24 when I converted it from man to
auto ITs a prick of a job lying on your back If you want it done and your in Vic
come on down and well see how quick it can be done if its got a Borg warner
gearbox it takes longer as the shift is a dog
