no I'm trying to take the head off but I need to
get the chain off first
I've only ever taken heads
off pushrod V8's not OHC engines
and you don't need to touch the chain with them
No, why do you want to take a link out of a L16
chain - is it stretched? don't do it, get a good/better 2nd hand one in
preference to shortening a t/chain. The noise is very bad when it breaks at
5000 rpm and the valves get hit by the pistons.

do L16's have a removable pin in the cam
timing chain?
I've gone over the chain like 6 times
now and can't find the link to take
