Hi there I am writing to say that my totally stock 1600wagon has a tow bar fitted and
I have used it to tow my mates dead RX7 on a trailer.
I have also had the back seat down and had 33 2x2foot concrete slabs (the 3inch thick
ones)in the back evenly stacked over the entire rear of the wagon and she only lowered
to the ride height of my sedan which has 2.5 inch lowered King springs in it.
Not bad hea!!!
I think she did a good job at the job at hand even though I thought t was a bit
eccessive on both times.
She didn't seem to worried about the extra weight at the rear.(no groans)
Nor did I have any problems with overheating.
The temperature guage on both occasions didn't rise above the normal running
temperature.
