You might not have your advanced/more options set correctly. I've found
some sites won't resume if some options are not selected, yet change those
settings and the same site will resume. In particular the cookies, user
agent and referer options. Mine resumed because I downloaded my copy over
two sessions. I was suprised when I found it out.
