Congratulations to anyone that went to the lapsprints at lakeside on the
weekend. I personally had a ball. My L16 with an L18 head had no
compression in two cylinders and on the day I had to contend with a mystery
miss, a petrol leak, totally unbalanced su's, a blown gearbox seal and I
blew my head gasket on the way there. But I managed to have a ball,
complete about 50 laps and drive home. I don't think anyone went away
disappointed. (Except the guy in the ET turbo who went backwards into the
wall.) There was a lot of very sweet datto's there. The datsun club did a
great job of running the day. Luv it!
