There are a few MK2 escorts under construction here, no Nissan engines but
one has a 4A-GE 20 valve Toyota Carina GT engine, only 1600cc but power is a
healthy 123kw @ 7200rpm, another that is a goer has a Cosworth Sierra engine
and it competed at the Bathurst Hillclimb last year but the interesting Mk2
that's not finished has a warmish 3000GT V6 going in, I sourced some bits
for this car so I want a drive when it's done and it's Farari red so it's
gotta be fast.

hey list,
ok so i know this hasnt got anything to do with datsuns but more along the
lines of fj20, sr20 turbos off course.
my bros got a escort mk2, and wants to put in a jap import and 5spd, i
suggested a fj20 det or somthing alongs the lines. does anyone where i can
find out more about such a conversion, i wish to to it my self so i realy
only need to talk to someone who has done it befor and knows exactly what
nneds to be done.
