Daniel,
If you are using lowered springs then your control arm angles can move
above horizontal when you hit a bump. This can cause bump steer if the
angle change is severe enough. The spacers help keep the arm angles below
horizontal and closer to their original position helping to minimise bump
steer.

strut spacers exactly used for? (apart from spacing something on the strut)
