Peter & All, Just following on from what you said about the S15 Silvia being imported to Australia?.. I am planning to a SR20DET conversion from this car.. and am wondering if I would be better to wait until they've imported this engine, if its the 250Ps engine that they put in the Japanese models.. because it might be cheaper?.. Do you have any indication or idea as to whether its likely to be cheaper to source the engine and stuff from one already imported or to get one imported myself?.. seems to me it should be cheaper to get an engine from one already here.. but i dunno for sure.
