Eric,
It is not a difficult job to change the throttle body but to get the
benefits of the increased airflow, you would ideally have an after market
computer that would be able to take advantage of the airflow increase.
There are a lot of other things that can be changed at low cost to improve
the efficiency of the engine though before changing the throttle body size.
