The black tar paint sounds like a good idea but, doesnt the galvanising zinc 
paint work by being in direct electrical contact with the steel, the zinc is 
a more reactive metal than the steel so it will allways react, oxidise, 
whatever, before the steel. galvanising or spraying with zinc paint is rust 
protection that works by sacrificing a more reactive metal to oxidisastion 
in order to save the steel floorpan. Therefore, if you spray zinc paint over 
rust converter, wouldn't any galvanic rust protection be negated because the 
rust converter would be acting as an insulator between the steel and the 
zinc????    Thomas..
