It might feel worse, but the actual change in toe angle can only reduce with
a harder spring since the strut won't compress as far for a given bump force
- more of the force is transferred to the strut tower ( and driver ! ).

Dave Lum ( www.datsuns.com ) has a red VG30DE 510 with a bunch of 240Z steering
gear in it - including the r&p. Pretty interesting website too, actually.
The other r&p setup I've heard of in a 510/1600 is from one of the earlier 3-series
bmws. I think this conversion retained the standard t/c rod setup, the 240Z
one had the Z-style rear-facing radius rods and a bit of fabrication work.
