Geordie,

The Renault Bus Fleet here in the ACT have 3 buses on
CNG for trialing purposes.

Unfortunatly they have not been able to get these
vehicles running optimally yet, the fact that they are
diesels plays a part.

As you stated there is an abundance of CNG and it
surprises me that it hasn't been pursued, perhaps the
recent and ongong price hikes in petrol will create a
renewed interest.

As an aside .. 1 Ltr of LPG is not the same as 1 ltr
of petrol.... I can't remember the exact relationship,
its been quite a few years since I have had anything
to do LPG.
