Did anyone else go?
We missed the leading ARC cars (Bourne, Bates etc) at the 11am spec
point but saw some others come flying down off the bitchumen into the
gravel hairpin..
Then onto the DeBortoli special stage where we missed the leading cars
again but after all the FWD ARC cars had gone and VRC cars ran they were
good, some EVo's, VR4's and WRX's were quick but not spectacular viewing
spot on the Dam corner...
Two 1600's ran (what i saw anyway), one white one i think and a blue one
driven by a chick.. Also a SSS 180B coupe was in there with a gemini of
the older cars. Some AE86 sprinters and a FWD pulsar (93ish) and a
couple of GTiR's in there as well(maybe in the ARC too)..
Was interesting but not that spectacular in my opinion... It would have
been better to see the good ARC cars tho..
