Z24 crank in L20 block

Can anyone advise me on what machining work needs to be done to fit a Z24 crank in a L20 block. Also can anyone give me a few conrod lengths e.g. fj20 atmo,fj20 turbo as i need to keep this combo low compression. Thanks Andrew Smith.
