Sorry to hear about your 1600. Could it be that 1600's are being targeted
at the moment!!!
I think a decent immobiliser system not just an alarm is about all that can
be done short of wheel clamps! I use an Auto Watch key type immobiliser.
It is a dual circuit type valid for insurance companies such as Shannon's.
They cost $395 inc GST but its cheap compared to the loss of a Datto! In
Melbourne Traynors Auto Electrical in Footscray (03 9689 6099) fit them in
about 2 hours.
