If using the late Calipers from a Hilux, I believe the Honda Legend Discs
are an alternative,  but make a very heavy combination!!

you could buy later model hilux calipers (ie >1990). as time went on the
discs got wider and wider and eventually ventilated.
I am 99% sure they will still bolt on to your existing 240K struts.but
check
that first!
I'm not sure what disc you would need to use.
