back in business (i hope)

Hi guys and girls well now that my email server is serving... I have a problem or 3 with my 510 with L20b and twin 45's 1. My radiator has started to pump water out into the overflow bottle. Is this a serious engine problem or a stuffed radiator cap? 2. My right hand front wheel wobbles really badly sometimes when i use the brakes. There is absolutely no wobble at any other time. On the highway it is smooth as silk.. Its just sometimes when u are slowing down and seems to be set off by hitting bumps. 3. well theres more but this will do for the moment..
