1 Check float level
2. Open carb and clean all jets and emulsion tubes
If the jets have water in them holding hand on top will sometimes cure the
prob, but not if dirt is in a jet.

Hey i am having some troubles with my carb aswell. Basically, the A15 runs
like a bag of shit at the moment. Wont idle, has a major flat spot and
just
generally screwed to drive. It goes fine if i plant the right foot tho.
So, i thought i would do somthing about it this arvo. My first instinct
was
blocked jets. So i revved it up and blocked off air which i thought
cleared
that. So then i set the idle and mixtures again and it was purring away at
1000rpm and had no more flat spot when half throttled it. I thought great,
its fixxed. But when i went to drive it again it starts all over. Wont
idle, flat spot. Whats wrong?? BTW its a stock A12 carb on an A15.
Doesnt matter too much if it dont get fixed - the beast A14 is goin in
soon.
Just need a quick fix until then - its driving me mad.
