The Series 3 Bluebird is the only gearbox that wont fit. It has a CA motor
not an L series. Series 1 or 2 Bluebirds will bolt in, so will a 180B/200B
SSS or a 240K, or 78 - 84 Skyline. Basically any gearbox behind an L series
engine (4 or 6 Cyl) fitted after 1972, will bolt in (except Stanzas now I
remember, they are shorter)

'73 to '75 180BSSS were quite a bit quicker than a stock single carb 180B
(115HP to 100HP?). They would easily pull to 180KPH on the flat. However,
after late '75 180BSSS sold in Oz were fitted with a single carb and lower
compression pistons to met new pollution rules. They were basically a two
door 180B from then on and ceased production a year later.
