Julian,
The start/finish/service area is at the Seaton Recreation Reserve. It is the last
round of the VCRS and is being run by the Car Club of RMIT (CCRMIT). They will have a
large banner showing the way.
They will also provide directions to spectator points and as far as I know it is free
for spectators. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot on the web.
