I'd just like to follow up with what Nat wrote. Apart from the end result of a DNF,
our first outing was very successfull. We were actually about 30 seconds a stage
faster than the number 2 novice, who was driving an ex-Steve Winwood rally Falcon XR6.
Perhaps the highlight of the night was the sensation of flying as the car went flat
out over a crest and launched about 1.5 feet in the air. Very sweet.
All in all it was an absolute buzz. The car was running really well and the roads
were fast. We can only get better.
All in all it was great night and I know we all had a lot of fun.
