Adam,
I have just had a clutch made up for an L18 turbo.The standard clutch was 225mm
which I have now changed to a 240mm extra heavy duty sprung brass puck plate
with a larger heavy duty pressure plate with much improve clamping
pressure.this set up will survive almost anything. the clutch factory in Perth
do these for most Nissans for around $400.The bolt holes need to be redrilled
in the flywheel though. Cheaper versions can be done using a 225mm brass puck
plate with a modified standard pressure plate for around$300 but these dont
have the clamping pressure to cope with high torque turbo motors as well.Hope
