Normal operating temp is 82 Deg C, given the warmer
weather, a possible small inaccuracy in your guage you
are pretty close.

But if it bothers you, try a reverse flush of the
cooling system and some A/F-A/B and see if there is an
improvement.

BTW : Thermostats come in 3 different opening temps.
Try the summer one before you go crazy trying to find
where the problem lies, if in fact there is one.
