Trevor,
Take a bow.....
Nice spreadsheet.
It has got me thinking about my setup.
PART 1 - I have gone from stock Stanza front brakes to Bluebird ones (B/Bird same piston diameter as 200B).
Not including the increase in the effective radius of the caliper (bigger disc), the increase in braking force is <(22.9-20.43)/20.43> = 12% (Quite respectable)
By switching to Sumitomo twin spots the increase in clamping force  at the pads will be 58% (or an increase of 77% if you compare it with the original Stanza brakes).
Those AP twin-spot 'gorilla' brakes will give an increase of 149.8% over the Bluey setup or 122.9% over the Stanza setup - <Big Grin>
There is one drawback however, PEDAL TRAVEL, By switching to B/Bird brakes I now have a noticably 'longer' pedal. I am using a 13/16ths M/C.
The AP's might be too big, i.e if there is, say, 1mm pad clearance, there might not be enough length in my M/C to take up the clearance and begin to 'bite'. Also if there is any pad knock off you might end up having to go the quick 'left foot pump' to take up the slack.
Another thing to keep in mind is that all the crud is at the end of the M/C so you want to keep away from it for reliability.
However the above aside I hope that they are an easy conversion - have you measured them up?
PART 2
I wonder if DBA would allow us enthusiasts to search through their catalogue by other criteria.
You can create a reference dimension (B-C/2) that gives a fair idea of the offset.
Just looking through the Nissan range and using 200B struts you could try u13 B/Bird vented rotors, u12 Pintara vented, r31GTS vented, machining of the centre hole is necessary however - unless you wanted to use 240K struts (small stub size??).
More to come...........
Regards,
Nick
