A baseball bat is a good DIY flare tool or in most places there is a
travelling flaring business that uses a purpose built flaring tool that uses
your wheel studs as an anchor. You can find them advertised in most car
mags. I've seen a couple of examples done in Canberra and the results looked
OK.
