I sadly have to announce that my 1970 1600 is for sale. Details below:
1970 Datsun 1600
L18 with Factory EFI and Wolf 2D programmable computer
engine has been bored to 89mm and completely balanced, mild cam etc. Head is
still stock so there is more power if needed. Finer filter etc
Bluebird electronic dizzy
Surge tank
5 Speed dogleg gearbox (short)
Standard diff
Front struts have just been rebuilt, 180 strut, pedders shocks and springs.
10.5" vented and slotted disc with VN commodore calipers. Brand new brake
hoses and brand new dual master cylinder.
Rear brakes standard drums. Excellent braking overall!!
Interior has been re carpeted and has a set of Honda (I think) inport seats.
New seat belts in front.
TRX wheels with 70% tread Dunlop 195/50 15" tyres.
New laminated front windscreen and rubber.
I have a complete set of door rubbers and a bailey channel kit to be fitted.
"Space saver" spare wheel and tyre.
Outside the body is pretty straight, some minor imperfections, no major
rust.
Bumbers and chrome are in good condition.
Also included are numerous spare parts.
