You need a double flairing tool to do this.  Take your line to any brake service and they will flair the line for very little $$'s. Like $2.50 - $5.00.

Subject: double flare brake lines

List members,
Can you use a standard flaring kit to do double flares? - (where the brake line flares outwards and back inwards again)
Also, as a second best alternative, is it recommended (and safe) to fit an olive between a single flare line and a double flare fitting?

Thanks,
Nick
