I looked into these delco ecu's a while ago but decided against them as
i couldn't get the parts cheap enough.You need to get the 32KB version
as a starting point(VR-VS man comm) if you intend to run forced induction.You
can get the 16KB version upgraded but this costs.You also need a 3bar map
sensor to run forced induction(more money).You also need to use the right
ignition pick up,drivers and coils.Same goes for the tps and idle control.Compatable
injectors,colant and intake temp sensors etc.Then you need to have the
ecu modified so it can be programed.Then it needs to be programed.One of
the agents in Perth quoted me $1000 just for the 3bar map sensor,ecu modified
and tuned.I would have to supply and fit a 32 KB ecu and all the gear to
make it run.Unless you can get all the gear you need real cheap and you
know someone with the tuning sofware I wouldn't bother.Just my opinion.
