An R180 diff from a 240K or "78-"80 Skyline will bolt in, driveshafts as
well. That's your diff fix.
Rear brakes dont need changing but the front struts will need a brake
upgrade. Front struts from a 240K (C110) or 200B (810) are the minimum
upgrade and the easiest.
Bigger front brake rotors are more desirable but a bit more effort to fit
(and $$$) a rear upgrade using Pintara (R31) rear discs/calipers and hand
brake is a good rear conversion.
